SCHOLARSHIPS AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE . . .

A large number of fee concessions and stipends are awarded to the students by the college to merit holders in studies, sports and cultural activities. Scholarships under Govt. of India Post-Matric Scheme are also available to scheduled Castes/Tribes students.

AWARDS FOR MERITORIOUS & POOR STUDENTS . . .

President of Governing Body Sh. Ved Parkash Dahiya awards students who stand 1st, 2nd & 3rd in the University Merit List with an amount of Rs. 5100/-, 2100/- & 1100/- respectively.

Sh. Daleep Singh Dahiya (Retired principal from CRZ High School, Sonepat) awards the three meritorious students of art faculty with an amount of Rs. 1200/- each.

Dr. R.K.Sethi (Member of Governing Body) gives an amount of Rs. 200/- per month to the Best Athlete of the Year.

Mr. Vikas Malik S/o Late Sh. H.D.Malik (Ex. Principal, KM Kharkhoda) gives an amount of Rs. 2400/- to the Best Girl of the Year.

Sh. Karamvir Dahiya Vill. Jharothi (Ex Lecturer in Maths Dept.) gives an amount of Rs. 1100/- to three needy students of Maths Dept.

Sh. Om Parkash Dahiya (Gurgaon) gives an amount of Rs. 2100/- to 1st position holder & 1100/- to 2nd Position holder of B.C.A. Students. He also awards the students who stand 1st, 2nd & 3rd in English subject with Rs. 1100/- each.

Sh. Dharampal Rohilla (General Secretary of Governing Body) awards three meritorious students of B.Com. With an amount of Rs. 1100/- each.

Sh. Vedpal Dahiya (Member Governing Body) awards three meritorious students who gain 1st Position in B.A. (1st, 2nd & 3rd Year) with an amount of Rs. 1100/- each.

Dr. Amita Boora (Associate Prof. of Economics in I.S. Kanya Mahavidyalaya, Pundri) in remembrance of her father Captain R.S.Rana gives two scholarships of Rs. 1100/- to poor students with good marks in economics.

Dr. Neelam Rathee (Associate Prof. of Psycho. in Govt. College Chandigarh) awards two meritorious students of Psychology Department with an amount of Rs. 1100/- each.

Sh. Pawan Sharma from Pratap Colony Kharkhoda, gives an amount of Rs. 1100/- to meritorious & poor students who stand 1st & 2nd in M.Com. And he also gives Rs. 5100/- in Poor Girls Fund every year.

Dr. Geeta Sharma (Associate Prof. of Sanskrit in K.M.K.) awards three meritorious students in Sanskrit Department with 400/- each.

Dr. Sethi who is a famous Doctor in Kharkhoda and also a member of Governing body donates Rs. 5100/- in the College Poor Girls Fund every year.

Sh. Kishori Lal Gupta (Retd. Principal S.M. Hindu High School, Sonepat and the Guide of Pratap Singh Memorial Sr. Sec. School Kharkhoda) gives an amount of Rs. 2100/- every year in college poor girls fund.

Note: The selection of eligibility of students for the scholarship is made by the College Committee.
